We source raw materials through two primary channels: importing brass scrap for processing in our casting unit to produce brass bars and rods, and purchasing extruded rods from local suppliers with comprehensive testing. We typically use materials such as C36000, C37700, CZ121, CZ122, BS218, BS219, HTB1, and CuZn39. Additionally, we can supply various materials, including bronze, gunmetal, and other copper alloys, according to customer needs.
We have an in-house casting facility where we melt imported brass scraps into various shapes and sizes as needed. These castings are then sent to our machine department for further processing.
Our in-house brass extrusion process involves melting high-quality brass and shaping it into precise forms. This ensures exceptional quality and consistency, meeting all custom requirements efficiently and effectively.
Our in-house forging facility features presses of 200, 250, and 400 metric tonnes, with all forging dies developed internally in our own tool room. We supply parts based on customer drawings, and the forged components are shot blasted for a superior finish and stress relieved for enhanced durability.
